Swan Cottage, Horning - Prices

3 and 4 night breaks are available year round, and can be booked at any time subject to availability.

3 night breaks start on a Friday, and 4 night breaks start on Mondays.

Both 3 and 4 night breaks are charged at 70% of the 7 night rates for that period.

For example, if you wanted to book a 3 night break starting on Friday 7th May, the cost would be £402.50. A 4 night break starting on Monday 15 November would be £280

2 week breaks are available year round.

The price for a 2 week break is 70% of the total of two individual weeks. For example, a 2 week break starting on Saturday 20 June would be £1225.

£875 + £875 = £1750
£1750 x 70% = £1225

On occasions, breaks of an irregular length (eg 10 or 11 days) may also be available. Please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your dates.

Pets:

up to 2 small, well behaved pets allowed.  Please add £30 for first pet, £50 if 2 pets. Pets are permitted downstairs only. 

Payment:

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking. We can accept payment by personal cheque or online bank transfer, please contact us and we will be happy to give you our bank account details. If paying by cheque, we will hold the reservation dates for 7 days to allow your cheque to arrive and clear.
